LOKI License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of diagnostic equipment, software, services, and other products developed and distributed under the LOKI brand (“LOKI Products”, “LOKI Company”).

By using any LOKI Products, you (“User”) confirm your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms, you are not allowed to install, use, or otherwise interact with LOKI Products.

1. General Provisions

• LOKI Products include hardware, software, online services, subscriptions, documentation, databases, as well as any updates, enhancements, and modifications provided by LOKI Company.

2. Responsibility for Use

• All responsibility for any вмешательство in a vehicle, modification of its parameters, diagnostics, service procedures, and any consequences of such actions lies entirely with the User.
• LOKI Company is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, electronic control units, software data, loss of warranty, or any other consequences arising from the use of LOKI Products.

3. Prohibited Actions

The User is strictly prohibited from:

• Using LOKI Products for illegal activities, violation of laws, third-party rights, or reducing vehicle safety.
• Modifying, hacking, decompiling, disassembling, adapting, or otherwise altering the hardware or software of LOKI Products without written permission from LOKI Company.
• Using LOKI Products together with unauthorized third-party software, emulators, modifications, or extensions.
• Using LOKI Products in violation of technical requirements, instructions, or recommendations provided by LOKI Company.

4. Limitation of Liability

• LOKI Products are provided “as is” without any express, implied, or statutory warranties.

LOKI Company does not guarantee that:

1. LOKI Products will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
2. LOKI Products will meet the User’s expectations or purposes;
3. Diagnostic results are fully accurate or complete.

• LOKI Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use LOKI Products.
• The User assumes all technical and legal risks associated with the use of LOKI Products.

5. Updates and Changes

• LOKI Company may provide updates, bug fixes, new versions, and may change functionality without prior notice.
• The User agrees to install updates if required for proper operation of LOKI Products.
• LOKI Company reserves the right to modify, remove, or add features without obligation to maintain any specific functionality.

6. Limitation of Obligations of LOKI Company

• LOKI Company is not obligated to provide additional services, features, integrations, or support beyond those explicitly stated at the time of purchase or in official documentation.
• LOKI Company is not responsible for the operation of LOKI Products on vehicles modified by the User or third parties or equipped with non-standard equipment.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All rights to software, algorithms, databases, design, interfaces, documentation, and other components of LOKI Products belong to LOKI Company.

8. Confidentiality and Security

• The User agrees not to disclose technical data, protocols, diagnostic methods, software architecture, or any other non-public information related to LOKI Products.
• The User is responsible for safeguarding account credentials, access keys, licenses, and configurations.

9. Data Collection

• LOKI Products may automatically collect and transmit technical logs, crash data, software versions, and anonymized diagnostic information to LOKI Company.
• LOKI Company may use such data to analyze, improve performance, enhance stability, and develop new features.

10. Termination of Agreement

• The Agreement may be terminated unilaterally by LOKI Company in case of violation of its terms by the User.
• Payments for purchased licenses, subscriptions, or devices are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
• All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. Final Provisions

• Use of LOKI Products constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
• LOKI Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The current version is published on official LOKI resources, including the website, software, and documentation.
