Warranty policy

Warranty Policy

LOKI guarantees the proper functioning of all our products at the time of sale and the absence of any defects.

LOKI undertakes to repair or replace, free of charge, any part with material or assembly defects within the warranty period, provided that all operating and maintenance requirements have been met. The warranty period is 24 months, starting from the date of shipment from the Seller's warehouse.

Receipt of the product from the shipping carrier confirms that the item was received in proper condition.

The Seller is not liable for any costs or losses incurred by the Buyer due to product failure or component replacement, including lost profits, specialist fees, consumables, communication costs, and the like.

Warranty Repair Conditions

Before sending a product for warranty repair, the Buyer must provide the Seller with a description of the malfunction. The Buyer is responsible for packaging and delivering the product or component to which the warranty claim relates.

The Buyer must provide full cooperation to the Seller in fulfilling its warranty obligations.

If the case is recognized as a warranty case and the repair involves significant costs, the Seller reserves the right to replace the product with a new one instead of performing warranty repair. Product replacement may only be carried out once.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if:

  1. The product was used for purposes other than its intended use.
  2. The product body and/or its components show signs of mechanical damage unrelated to normal operation.
  3. Incorrect connection to electrical networks took place.
  4. There are signs of unauthorized interference, attempted self-repair, structural modification, or software tampering without the manufacturer's knowledge.
  5. Damage was caused by foreign objects, substances, or liquids entering the product, or the product was exposed to moisture, acids, or open flame.
  6. The product was damaged due to force majeure events (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
  7. Intentional or negligent actions by the consumer or third parties led to product failure.
  8. Normal wear and tear resulting from prolonged use in the absence of manufacturing defects.
